What it is
The newest of the seven, and the one that changed what this event is. A hackathon at an education fair is not a hiring exercise: it is a weekend where somebody who has only ever written code for a class gets to finish a thing and show it to a room.
The brief, how long the teams get and who judges are set per edition and published with the line-up. What does not change is that something has to run at the end of it.
Times, rounds and anything that has a price on it are set per edition. When the 2026 line-up is fixed it goes up on the EduExpo page first.
